Professional cooking course

Here, in Massanera, led by professional chef Marco Binazzi, former founder of the cooking school Chianti Cookery, will guide you through a tasting and sensory journey that will allow you to learn, or improve, in the preparation of an authentic Tuscan cuisine.

Upon your arrival you will be welcome accompanied by a glass of our wine offered on the veranda of the kitchen overlooking the vineyards and woods that, from the hills of the Chianti Classico, extend to Pratomagno and up to far Falterona that can be seen at the end of the horizon.

Classes include lunch or dinner from appetizers to dessert.

Much importance will be given to fresh pasta prepared in its various variations such as tagliatelle, tortelli, ravioli, gnocchi, pappardelle with the relative sauces and fillings.

The chef will teach you small tricks and techniques to help you

enter more and more into the world of good and healthy eating.

Seasonal ingredients will be used, coming largely from our company such as the vegetables you will pick up directly in the vegetable gardens, while the meat will be mostly of our animals as purebred pigs Cinta Senese, lambs, chickens, capons, ducks, pigeons etc. all embellished with aromatic herbs, which you can collect in the "garden of good herbs" and with our extra virgin olive oil.

At the end of the course you can enjoy the menu prepared by you accompanied by the wines that best accompany the various dishes.
