Chianti Classico

Features:

Tuscan Sangiovese grape selected from the Massanera vineyards. Manual harvest, in small boxes of 14-15 kg. to avoid crushing. Vinification: soft crushing and destemming with large rollers, fermentation in stainless steel vats, two pumping over per day until racking. Maturation: in French oak barrels of lt. 0,500 and from lt. 0.250 in an underground cellar and partially in steel in a conditioned environment. Aging: in bottles for three to nine months. Characteristics: ruby ​​red color, intense aroma of ripe red fruit, iris, cinnamon, fresh, dry, persistent taste.

Chianti Classico Riserva

Features:

Tuscan Sangiovese grape 90%, other red berried grapes 10%. Manual harvest, in small boxes of about 14/15 kg. to avoid crushing. Vinification soft crushing and destemming with large rollers and fermentation in 30 hl oak vats. with two pumping over per day until racking off. Elevation in French oak barrels of lt. 500 for 1-3 years and refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months in a conditioned environment. Features: intense ruby ​​red color, scent of black fruit, blueberry, plum, dog rose, long and enveloping with a tendency to become more complex and important over time, harmonious taste, full, warm, persistent on the palate.

Sottosopra

Features:

Red table and bed wine. Grape variety: Sangiovese Toscano with additions of other red berried grapes. Vinification in steel vats and aging in steel in a conditioned cellar. Bottle aging in conditioned cellar for at least 3 months. Characteristics: red color, aromas of fruit, cherry, plum, apple, fresh taste.

Per Me

Features:

Tuscan Sangiovese grape 50%, Merlot 50%. Manual harvest in small boxes of 14-15 kg. to avoid crushing.
Vinification soft crushing and destemming with large rollers, fermentation in 30 HL oak vats with two pumping over per day until racking. Maturation in French oak barrels of lt. 0,500 and American oak barriques of lt. 0.250, first pass, medium toasting. Bottle aging for at least six months. Characteristics intense ruby ​​red color, sweet aromas of walnut, coconut and vanilla and red fruit, ripe and tarry the fruit, fleshy and long in substance, silky texture, filled and enriched by Merlot which supports and expands Sangiovese.

Prelato di Massanera

Features:

Grape variety: from the best sparse bunches of Tuscan Sangiovese grown in Massanera. Manual harvest, in small boxes of about 14/15 kg. to avoid crushing. Vinification soft crushing and destemming with large rollers fermentation in 30 hl oak vats. with two pumping over per day until racking off. Maturation: in French oak barrels of lt. 500 for 1-3 years aging in bottle for at least 6 months in a conditioned environment. Features: intense ruby ​​red color, perfume: black fruit, blueberry, plum, dog rose, long and enveloping with a tendency to become more complex and important over time, harmonious taste, full, warm, persistent on the palate.

Rosato di Camilla

Features:

Vine obtained by bleeding from Sangiovese grapes at the beginning of fermentation. Vinification: in steel in a conditioned environment.
Characteristics: Rosy color, perfume of partially unripe red fruit with tips of tobacco and bitter honey. In the mouth it has a pleasant sensation of freshness with aromas reminiscent of black cherry and green plum.
