lightly squeezed san giovese grape skins and other red grape qualities
DISTILLATION:
discontinuous immediately after the drawing off
ALCOHOL:
42 degrees volume
AGEING:
in oak barrels and then in the bottle for at least a year
CHARACTERISTICS:
a transparent amber colour, with a scent of rose hip, leather, spices, soft and enveloping.
