ORIGIN:
Lightly pressed marc produced from Sangiovese grapes harvested at Massanera

DISTILLATION:
Discontinuous, immediately after the separation of wine

ALCOHOL:
42 degrees of alcohol in volume

AGEING:
At least one year in bottles

CHARACTERISTICS:
Transparent white.
Aroma: locust tree flowers and strong red wines, tobacco with a slight spicy note. Taste: strong and distinct, yet smooth and enveloping. Aftertaste: in palate and nose.

Toscanella of Massanera:

ORIGIN:
lightly squeezed san giovese grape skins and other red grape qualities

DISTILLATION:
discontinuous immediately after the drawing off

ALCOHOL:
42 degrees volume

AGEING:
in oak barrels and then in the bottle for at least a year

CHARACTERISTICS:
a transparent amber colour, with a scent of rose hip, leather, spices, soft and enveloping.
